If I could make the world go 'round
by harnessing all the daily sounds
I'd fuel by laughter and by cries,
and screams, and moans, and simple sighs.
A Yell or Scream. A moan or groan.
Is worth a barrel or two and so
if I could voice the simple things
like smiles and giggles and silly string.
A messy face from Cake and cream
I wouldn't have to think of things
like being an adult.
